Our role in this multimillion-dollar venture was multifaceted. We meticulously orchestrated the selection of contractors, conducted on-site design works, and managed a proficient in-house construction unit for significant earthwork operations. Overseeing a diverse team of more than 18 contractors and sub-contractors on-site, we ensured the seamless execution of tasks. Our responsibilities extended to evaluating contractor’s work to process Payment Certificates and maintaining clear communication with consultants and the client.

This project presented a unique challenge and opportunity. By leveraging labor contractors and enabling the client to directly procure materials to a significant extent, we successfully maintained the high standards demanded by Kawacom’s multinational parent company. This innovative approach resulted in substantial cost savings amounting to millions of dollars, reflecting our dedication to efficiency.

The scope of work was nothing short of monumental. It encompassed the construction of over 14,000 square meters of built-up area, including an impressive 11,000 square meter main factory and storage shed. We diligently planned and executed over 13,500 square meters of heavy-duty internal roads and parking facilities, demonstrating our expertise in infrastructure development.

Our commitment to environmental stewardship was evident in the construction of a concealed stormwater drainage system that seamlessly blends with the surroundings. Pile foundations, deep excavations, and a sub-soil drainage system now serving as the main water source for the complex showcased our technical prowess.

Challenging ultra-high water table conditions, we successfully engineered an efficient sewage system. The project also saw us handling intricate electrical works, ensuring fire detection and firefighting systems, as well as precision air conditioning and steel fabrication and erection. The culmination of this endeavor involved machine fabrication and assembly, highlighting our versatility in managing diverse aspects of a project.
